i'm still in love with someone i dated for just a few months when i was in college. that was nearly ten years ago. i think about him at least once a day, usually more.

now i'm married to someone else, who is wonderful, but can never replace this other guy, even after all these years.

typical woman... only women idealize some meaningless relationship from 10 years ago. you know what? i bet if you actually spent more time with "mr. wonderful" from a decade ago you would realize that he had faults, failings and shortcomings. there was a reason you stopped seeing each other, right? oh... you drifted apart, you were too young. maybe you were dumped or cheated on. live in the now... you say your husband is wonderful. treat him as such and stop your delusions
