i finally got up the nerve to try and make a change for the better in my life. yes i'm frighten and i'm pretty much going on blind faith. the thing is it seems that everyone around me seem to be going in crisis mode. i have always been there and gave them my support, but now at a time i could use some support i get none. i'm not running to anyone's rescue this time, i'm going to be selfish and focus on myself. i'm going to sallow my fears and try to make a change and live my life.

1\|	it's called self-care, and it's about damn time you've discovered it. so many people who "have always been there and gave (their) support" burn themselves out because they don't take time to nurture themselves. protect your interests, be selfish, and let them handle their own problems for a while.
