Noteful.com is now officially taking confessions via Snail Mail. If you don't trust the internet and think your confession will be traced back to you then this is for you!

This is only the beta version and will last for a year. If we get too much spam, profanity, or nudity we'll end Noteful Mail permanently. Don't be stupid about this if you are going to participate. Mail is mail and will go through government standards. Everything preferably should be mailed to us in plain envelopes.

Thank you to all that have reported offensive content to us. As you can see, the site is more pleasant to visit. Most of the porn is gone. The borderline stuff is just that so we left it. We are especially proud that much of the pedophile and rapist post are gone. None of those were educational, interesting, or fun to read in any way. Again, thank you!

We can't believe that Grouphug.us is done for. Once a long rival and a pioneer to confessions sites... now they are "no more", sad to hear.

We are planning out the a new rating system which will use the "Like it!" or "Not" model that has become so popular. With the new system you will also be able to rate the comments as well. We are still in the planning stage so there is no planned release date.

We are also planning to integrate some AJAX into the core confessions code... lets just say the site will be much cooler with it!

If you haven't noticed, we now have a new section in each post that allows you to flag the content. It is on the right of each post. Please use it!

We were down for 2 days due to unforeseen errors!?!? But we are back and the CSS was just fixed... kinda. Even if it didn't annoy any one else, it annoyed us!

An update on the PEDO stuff. We have made the move and contacted the FBI. We'll just have to see what they can and can't do!

The rape guys is back and posting how much he loves to rape girls. We have been deleting all his posts, but we do miss posts once in a while with the new moderation system... please report any and all post by this guy.

He brought back a few post that we let go back then thinking it was an actual confession and would stop his ways. That isn't the case... the post is now gone as well.

We were down almost all of last night but are back online.

The core of our server changes and upgrades have been made:

*A few directories were moved around
*The core site framework was upgraded
*Database was also slightly changed

Though much of it was not visible... it was the very beginning of what we needed to do.
From here on, there should will be noticeable changes coming to Noteful.com.

2011 was an eventful year for Noteful.com.

1) We were involved in a lawsuit and contacted by the FBI! That case is probably still going on so we can't give out any details.

2) It was put to our attention that more and more of the confessions/comments on the site are "for mature visitors". So we will be putting back up our 18+ only label/banner on the site.

With that all the updates mentioned are coming 2012 without delay.
